Return & Refund Policy

The Buyer shall check the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods delivered.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are really defective. The refund should be made of course by the Seller to the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the goods back and such refunds will be made back to the original payment card.

All refunds can only be made once the original products have been returned to organicbabyformula.com - it is not possible for refunds to be made until the goods are in our possession. You have the right to return only unused defective goods in their original packaging and outer size. All returned goods must be as per the item name and size as per the original contract. Any open packs will not be refunded to the buyer.

Should you wish to cancel your contract, you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller via e-mail within 1 hour of placing the order on our website as we start packaging the goods after 1 hour of receiving the order.

Goods which have been purchased under a special offer are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Goods which have been purchased in a Bundle or part of the Bundle has been used, in both cases, the whole Bundle or partial Bundle, are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package. You can return within 14 days. 

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will not be entitled to claim the refund.
